Match Factory Restaurant & Cafe in Hampton

Service was great, we ordered a 2 piece fish and chips and it was huge and very good. We will definitely be back but next time it will be a 1 piece fish and chips. Over all a great place to eat at.

Wouldn't have been so bad if I didn't drive 40 to order a meal for my family only to listen to the takeout staff talk trash about how impatient people are are. Here's some free advice if customer service Jobs stress you to that point you really should look into another line of work.

Good food half the time. Very cold on bar side. Good service. Wing night is best time to go

Pretty good food, awesome beer!

Food was hot, yummy and a huge helping. Waitress was very pleasant. Not often in that area but will keep it in mind and suggest it to others.

They were understaffed..took a long time for our orders. Found the portions small.

service is slow, price is high, a simple burger, salad and draught beer cost over $25.

Went on Wing Wednesday, and food was atrocious. 2 orders of 1# of wings. They were delivered to the table without napkins, the lemon scented hand cleaners nor a saucer to put the bones on. They arrived 10-15 minutes later. The server asked how the meal was and I stated that I ordered hot sauce and it was no where near that as well I said the wings were cold. She offered to replace the wings and 20 minutes later a new plate arrived (took the pleasure out of eating with my dinner partner) with additional sauceon the side. The wings were marginally *warmer*. I then discovered the culprit, when I dipped a wing in the sauce it was fridge cold. After paying I brought this to the attention of the server they stated that it was early in the service (???)

Hats off to the staff at match sticks pizza. First time i ate their pizza. The pizza was perfect garlic fingets were awesome .try the match stick .saturday 30 202

Nice staff, but not a huge portion for your money and the chicken wings were a bit fatty but it was cool and nice !

This is overall an awesome restaurant. The atmosphere is great, the service is exceptional. And the food taste really great. I had a Whiskey Burger and the carrot cake which tasted excellent. And even the normal coffee tastes great. From the outside it's just another building in a strip mall, but as soon as you are inside it shows its real character.

I enjoyed the updated decor and the comfortable atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and the food was good!

Food was ok

Had the Nachos on Thursday all you can eat. Enjoyed it very much. Will be going back to check out the all you can eat Chinese food

This is the best restaurant I've been too in years! They have absolutely AMAZING service, great food and a nice overall environment. I didn't know what to think at first but once I walked in I was greeted with wonderfull people and amazing food! Highly recommended! No problems at all!

We visited this place tonight and it was a terrible experience. We found the hostess to be very loud and told us to " Get up there" after we decided on the buffet.We tried 2 different pizzas , lasagna ,soup and salads.The only food that had any taste was the lettuce. We wasted 43.00 on tasteless,dry food Would never go back there.

Was as good as I have heard from anyone who has been there previously. Absolutely lived up to expectations and I highly recommend it.

Had the pizza at the Hampton location . It was god awful for the second time in a row. The sause was bitter and the pizza was over cooked on the outside and somehow raw dough in the middle. Such a shame because when they first opened it was great. It needs an overhaul new dough new sause. Friendly service though.

Great place, good food, great service

No milk for our coffee. Food was alright. Waited a long time for food. Distancing plans were laid out nicely. Waitress was not very attentive.

We visit the match factory weekly. Love the wings, garden salad, pizza and the buffets. The Sunday breakfast is amazing.

A few very good meals here since opening! Beautiful salads, great lunch specials and good sized portions! The pricing is a bit high though.

Awesome food

First time visit. Family birthday celebration. We all really enjoyed the Nacho Bar. Great selection of good tasting foods and toppings. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff.

Went to the match factory on a Thursday night during all you can eat Nachos. It's been a very very long time since I've had diaphragm pain from eating to much....lolThe only thing missing (hope you read this M.F. folks) is guacamole, a bowl of green onion chives and you need to have some salsa verte....I needed some cilantro!!!!! Hahaha all in all a great experience. Great atmosphere too.

I always enjoy going to this restaurant one if our favorite restaurant's good service and love the food.

I came here and when I touched the table I was seated at, it instantly collapsed. The food was good though when it came. Pretty expensive though.

The food is great, at least what I've tried in two visits. The staff are friendly, but could be a bit more professional--being professional doesn't mean you have to be cold or distant, and being friendly doesn't mean you don't have to be too casual. The restaurant has a nice homey decor. Everything seemed reasonably clean.

Have enjoyed many great meals at this restaurant but today was not one of those days. Our group of 4 waited close to 40 minutes for a kids breakfast, 2 omelettes, and an eggs benny. Omelettes were burnt and hashbrowns (off the grill) were raw. Felt bad for the servers because it was clearly an issue in the back of house.

Taco Thursdays was amazing! So many fresh options. Service was also on the ball. Looking forward to dropping by again.

Generally go for breakfast. Have good breakfast and service is good. Prices are good.

Great food as always !!

Very impressed with the quality of the food. It's always excellent and we tried many dishes with friends. No complaints. The only thing is I would like them to remove the big sign on the wall inside the restaurant. It makes the restaurant feel like a cheap take out. Please use decorations, not huge menu type takeout signs. You're not a McDonald's!

Good food took a while but worth the wait
